Starting with a site visit we can talk & observe the unique qualities & conditions of you site.

We will ask you to fill a personalized form to characterize your landscape goals and preferences.

We will provide you with a design proposal that includes an estimated cost per phase.

Base Plan & Sector Analysis

Using your site plans, along with our measurements and photos, we craft a to-scale Base Plan. To prepare a Sector Analysis Plan we will take into account your goals, as well as analyze external and internal factors affecting your site. This includes considerations such as water, access, existing structures, soil conditions, sun & shade, slope, wind, existing vegetation and views.

Schematic - Concept design

We utilize bubble and line designs to visually illustrate and define different areas, uses, and needs within your outdoor space. Through collaborative meetings, we ensure these concepts align seamlessly with your vision and goals. This phase serves as a crucial step to determine the subsequent installation phases, providing a clear roadmap for transforming your vision into a reality.

Landscape Plan

We create a detailed Planting Plan that aligns with our previous conversations and analysis. This comprehensive plan incorporates proposed plant species at their expected mature size, recommended above ground irrigation layout and hardscape elements and paths through your landscape.
